As a special education teacher, it can be tricky to accommodate everyone's unique sensory and learning needs in a shared space. Since the students also have diverse disabilities and tolerance levels, it is often necessary for some of them to use noice-blocking devices to avoid overstimulation or frustration. We also have students that have severe reading disabilities that require text to be read to them.
