My students LOVE this game so much and request it all the time in my classroom, particularly on Friday's when we play math games. \r\nAs this was a surprise Christmas gift for all of my students I sadly did not get any pictures of the games before I wrapped them. I'm not sure if you are aware but the last day before break, it is extremely fun, chaotic, and exhausting because it is our annual Holiday party where Deaf Santa comes and we play games all day! Time got lost and all of a sudden it was time for dismissal and I didn't get any pictures of my students with their presents like I had planned. I apologize. However, I did get messages from parents saying how excited their student was when they opened them at home! And how they were playing as a family, which was one of my main goals for getting this for them in the first place. \r\nSo, thank you for helping me get this funded and into my families homes! We use these for indoor recess and also as gross motor activities in the classroom where students are working on full body movements like crawling, crouching, and twisting. I think from the pictures I sent you can see they wanted to try them out right away! \r\nWe have used the trampoline several times already to help get wiggles out, to help relieve stress and for an indoor recess we have already had. The trampoline has been a tremendous addition to our classroom and wish I had one years ago.\r\nThe stepping stones we have only used once so far during our first indoor recess and the kids really enjoyed them. The cards that I got to go with them helped guide them on how to use them. The students were so excited to see these items come in and they didn't even know what it was for! Just the thought of having Kinetic Sand and stamps is just thrilling to elementary kids (and adults for that matter)! \r\nTheir first spelling test was this past week and they all did a great job! I think with the fun hands-on practicing of their words by stamping the letters one by one really helped them solidify it in their heads. \r\nSpelling is always a difficult thing for our deaf students as they have to see the patterns and just memorize the words. For most of them they are unable to sound out the words, so having a fun way to learn their words is really important.\r\nThank you again for your support and making this project a reality.
