We take the time to go over unknown words and define them at the end of the week. My students vocabulary is expanding thanks to these new books. Druing our social studies lessons I have students read the \"Who Was\" books that connect to each topic. They then present their presentations to the whole class so that all level readers can learn more about these famous historians.\r\n\r\nThere are about three quarters of my classroom that enjoys reading these books. They love to learn about new people and they enjoy talking to me and their classmates about what they learned about the famous historian. \r\n\r\nI cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity.
