Because of you, my students now have hands-on math manipulatives that make it easier to understand the material in their daily \"morning math\" assignments and textbooks. When our principal brought our packages to our classroom, the students were so excited! They were so surprised and excited that we were chosen to receive such generous gifts. \r\n\r\nMiddle school students learn best when they can see and physically explore mathematical concepts. These manipulatives are already helping my students build deeper understanding during our lessons and also strengthen their problem-solving skills. I can see their confidence growing while they are completing their daily assignments. Concepts in geometry, such as finding the number of faces, vertices, and edges, are hard to understand when they don't know what the shape looks like. Before we received your gift, I would have to look up a shape on the computer and show it on the whiteboard. Now that they can hold the geometric shapes in their hands, everything has become so much clearer for them, which makes it easier to understand what they are learning.\r\n\r\nIt breaks my heart to see my students struggle with basic math concepts. The multiplication and long division white boards you provided heave helped so much. My middle school students are actually excited to use these boards! They ask to use them whenever they finish their work early and have free time. We also use them during our \"small group\" time, which has helped build their confidence as they work together solving problems. \r\n\r\nYour kindness and belief in our classroom truly make a difference. My students feel valued knowing that people beyond our school care about their success, which is something they usually struggle with. Thank you for investing in their education and helping make math meaningful and exciting. I am truly grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness.
