They have been working hard reading orders, making drinks, doing math with money and putting smiles on teachers faces. Every two weeks the students receive new jobs in the Cafe so they are constantly learning new skills. Students are able to comfortably make a choice about where they sit to work, read, and learn throughout the day. My old chairs were on their last leg. I had purchased my old flexible seating, and pay for most everything in my classroom, out of my own pocket. It means the world to me that donors like you so generously gave my classroom and students this gift! Making choices and decisions for oneself is a huge part of growing as a young person.
