This year has brought so much change and exciting new things. One new thing is the amazing resources that you helped provide for my students. The new morning group activity board is so much fun. The students love making a choice on what clothes to put on the bear, picking out how they are feeling and the icon for what the weather is outside. The new daily schedule cards are a big help and add routine to our morning group. The students can see what we have planned next and it also helps the staff coming in and out of the room to know what is going on that day. \r\n\r\nWe are so excited to start a school-wide activity with the Flat Stanely Books. These books are easy to read, have wonderful illustrations and contain great information about so many people who have influenced our history.\r\nWe did lots of learning about important people, and women, during February and March 2025. This led to us wanting to learn more about people by way of books and YouTube. Our project was funded quickly and we received our books in fast time.\r\nWe now read 2-3 of these books each week and have yet to read through all of them.
