Thanks to your amazing support, our Sphero+ robots arrived, and the excitement in our STEM room went completely through the roof.\r\n\r\nWatching the kids open the boxes was a highlight, but watching them work together was the real magic. In our class, we've been focusing on The Positivity Project character strengths—specifically Teamwork and Open-mindedness. Coding a robot isn't always smooth sailing, and things definitely didn't go right on the first try!\r\n\r\nInstead of getting frustrated when their code failed, our students leaned into open-mindedness. They paused, listened to each other's ideas, and worked as true partners to debug their code. To see a group of elementary kids problem-solve through tough challenges with smiles on their faces—and applaud each other when their Sphero+ finally navigated a maze—has been nothing short of inspiring.\r\n\r\nYou didn't just buy our class some cool technology; you gave these kids a space to build resilience, communicate better, and learn that getting stuck is just part of the journey.
