A lot of them are also very uncomfortable for students to use and this can be very distracting when trying to perform and learn in class. \r\n\r\nThese new neck straps are very comfortable and much easier for students to adjust. Without reeds, our students cannot play their saxophones and clarinets. Having high quality reeds helps improve student sounds as well as playing experience. These reeds can be very expensive, especially when we use good quality ones. It also doesn't help that these are a consumable that if students aren't careful, they can easily break. Having all of these reeds will keep my students performing and learning which is they enjoy the most.
