The new equipment has helped make our practices more engaging and gives every student an opportunity to participate, build confidence, and feel successful.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue practicing our soccer skills and preparing for upcoming club activities and games. The rockets were culminating project for a unit on flight that students took part in over the extended year in the summer. The egg drop challenge was a kick off, \"hook\" project for this school year with my new 7th grade class. \r\n\r\nPainting the rockets and watching them fly was a first-time experience for all of the students and they were beyond excited. The craftmanship and attention to detail students put into the egg drop containers was truly impressive. The level of teamwork and sportsmanship was amazing for so early in the year.
