The new whiteboards have quickly become one of our most-used tools during centers, small groups, and whole-group lessons. \r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the excitement was instant. Students gasped, cheered, and immediately wanted to try everything. Many of them couldn't believe the whiteboards were \"just for us to learn on every day.\" \r\n\r\nAlongside the whiteboards, the new prize box has already boosted motivation in such meaningful ways. Students are proudly tracking their academic goals—like reading minutes, Spanish syllable fluency, and math fact progress—because they know their hard work will be celebrated. Seeing their faces light up when they reach a milestone has been such a powerful reminder of how impactful your donation truly is.\r\n\r\nAs we continue our current units, these resources will remain at the center of our learning. In math, students will use the boards for number stories, place value models, and partner problem-solving. In Spanish literacy, they'll use them for syllable practice, sentence building, and vocabulary games. The prize box will continue to support our reading challenges, goal-setting reflections, and skill-building celebrations throughout the year.\r\n\r\nYour contribution didn't just provide supplies—it created new opportunities for independence, confidence, and joy in learning. When their old headsets did not work, students became frustrated and were unable to complete their required minutes. They were so excited to see their new headsets and couldn't wait to try them out. Now all they do is plug in their new headsets and they are able to log in and get to work quickly. We already have completed more units of Lexia English this year than we did last year at this time. My students are very excited to complete their units and level up!\r\n Another important piece of my project were the different types of rewards. Every week, students who meet their goal on Lexia English receive a personalized certificate and a prize. With thirty-seven students, I go through prizes very quickly. My students are so proud of themselves when they meet their goal and get a prize!
