We have already begun to use the astrobright paper for our math story problems. These 3rd graders work hard on reading and interpreting math word problems daily in order to figure out how to solve. I have attached some pictures of some student work!\r\n\r\n The math books you purchased are being used at a math library for our 7 math units. 3rd graders learn time, measurement to the 1/4 inch, volume, mass, addition & subtraction within 1000, multiplication, division, area, and perimeter. These books are being utilized during our WIN time (What I Need). Each group created based off of specific skills, content, or strategies they need most practice on. This is also when we do our Imagine Math time (thank you so much Imagine math for your large donation, our students wrote you cards and we gave them to your rep when she was here last.)\r\n\r\nWe also greatly appreciate the base ten kit.
