Because of you, my students now have access to incredible hands-on science resources, including a hydroponic growing system and an incubator, that are already inspiring curiosity and excitement in our classroom.\r\n\r\nWe are currently using the hydroponic growing system during our science lessons, and it has become a highlight of our day. Students are actively observing plant growth, making predictions, recording data, and having meaningful discussions about what plants need to survive. One memorable moment was watching students carefully check the plants each morning and excitedly share any changes they noticed. These experiences are helping students make real-world connections to our lessons and truly deepen their understanding of life science concepts.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, students were thrilled. Their eyes lit up as they saw the hydroponic system and incubator, and they immediately began asking thoughtful questions. Even though we will not be using the incubator until the spring, students are already eager to learn more about it. They have been asking how it works, what we will hatch, and what animals need to grow and survive. This excitement has led to rich conversations and early learning about life cycles and responsibility.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, our next steps include continuing to care for and observe our hydroponic garden while connecting it to upcoming science units. As we move into the spring, students will be fully prepared and enthusiastic to begin using the incubator, building on the background knowledge they are already developing now. Your generosity is helping create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that will impact students well beyond a single lesson.\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our classroom and in my students' learning. Your kindness and support have made a lasting difference, and we are truly grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1761674282304,"projectUrl":"project/from-eggs-to-edible-gardens-bringing-sc/9794099/","projectTitle":"From Eggs to Edible Gardens: Bringing Science to Life!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Gammon","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4919830_orig.jpg?crop=1242,1242,x0,y173&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1615427441652","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/amygammon"},{"teacherId":5045447,"projectId":9395461,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the generous donations to our classroom.
