Many are autistic, a few are non-verbal, one is in a wheelchair, and over half have physical limitations. The music CD's instruct the students to move their bodies to the beat of the music or to stretch their arms with the scarves or parachute.\r\n Each time I go into this classroom, the students are excited to see which instruments I brought with me. They love to stomp their feet, or parade around the room - anything to get them out of their chairs! They especially love the lollipop drums and the rhythm sticks. They always enjoy playing new rhythms on their instruments!\r\n Currently, we are working on a song to perform for our school at an assembly in late Spring. They will sing (as best as they can) and play their instruments. I suspect, several will do a little dance, as well!\r\n Thank you so much for contributing to this project.
