We all know that it been shown to be harmful, because many tubes vary in color and brightness continually, as they produced by a gas discharge (like lightning) twice with each cycle of the alternating current. The resulting of this color flicker is too rapid to be seen, but it results in an electrical signal from the back of the eye, indicating that our cells respond to the variation. Thanks to you, that's no longer an issue. We have a soft filter light that includes a view of tree canopies, bringing a bit of nature into the room as well.
