Share a specific classroom project or moment.\r\nThanks to your generous support, we were able to replenish our supply of 3D printer filament—and the excitement in the classroom was immediate! My students dove right into designing and printing their own keychains and custom pencil grip holders. One particularly memorable moment was when a student held up their finished keychain with their name on it and exclaimed, \"I made this myself!\" Watching their designs come to life has been an incredible way to reinforce creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.\r\n\r\nHow did your students react when they first saw the materials?\r\nWhen the new filament arrived, the students were buzzing with ideas. Many of them had been waiting eagerly to bring their designs to life, and seeing the colorful spools of filament sparked even more imagination. It felt like a new world of possibilities had just opened up in our classroom.\r\n\r\nWhat are the next steps for your students on a current classroom lesson or project?\r\nOur next steps involve integrating 3D design into cross-curricular projects. Students will be using Tinkercad to create models that connect with what they're learning in science and math—like designing plant cell models or geometric solids.
