Students eagerly worked toward their Beanstack reading goals, knowing that their dedication would be celebrated with a cozy hot cocoa reward. I used this incentive during library visits as students logged their reading, discussed books they loved, and encouraged one another to keep going. One of my favorite moments was seeing students show me their completed challenges it turned reading progress into a joyful celebration.\r\n\r\nWhen students first learned about the hot cocoa reward, their excitement was immediate and contagious. Many of them set personal reading goals right away, and even reluctant readers were motivated to participate. The simple act of being recognized made a big difference.. The warm treat created a positive, comforting atmosphere where students associated reading with encouragement and success.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, students will continue using Beanstack to track their reading while exploring new genres and building stronger reading habits. This project has helped reinforce the idea that reading is not just an assignment, but something to enjoy and celebrate.
