They allowed us to have a great start to the year.\r\n\r\nWe use the marker boxes daily for students to keep individual supplies at hand. Inside they can keep a set of crayons and markers along with pencils. This allows them to quickly find supplies to complete work through out the day. It also allows them to carry their supplies to a different table when we work in small groups or they work with a partner.\r\n\r\nThe tablet paper is use for daily messages to the class. I write a note to the class each day to read during morning meeting with the date and information about the day. Each message ends with a question prompt for kids to \"vote\" on an answer or to discuss and make a list. At the end of the day I roll up the note and the helper of the day gets to take it home. I have heard from many parents that the kids are proud to bring these notes home and often want to hang them up in their rooms. \r\n\r\nYour donation helped my students get the supplies they needed to be more independent and carry their learning home.
