The TV has been perfect addition to enhance the workout experience for our students.\r\n The new TV was installed in front of the treadmills in the fitness center. The reason we put it in front of the treadmills is because running or walking on the treadmills can be tough when their is nothing to look at or pay attention too. The TV helps students stay on the treadmills looker because they have something to watch. This in turn is improving the overall fitness of our students.\r\n Our special education students have, in particular, really enjoyed the addition of the TV to the fitness room. They are excited to watch their favorite programs while they get their exercise. The large speaker and high-quality microphone are exactly what they needed to demonstrate their talents throughout this school year. \r\n\r\nThe microphone has allowed my students to podcast about current news events. Throughout my classroom and Speech program, students have been using the new microphone to be creative in their podcasting. No longer do we have to worry about the 'crackling old mics,' but now they can speak with confidence knowing their voices and ideas will be heard clearly. So far, they have had great success with the recordings they have made using the Yeti microphone - talking about current news and outlining historical events. It will help my students for years to come. \r\n\r\nAs for the speaker, it also has been a great asset to my classroom and Speech program at school. The speaker has allowed my students to participate in multiple practices and contest without fear of the sound 'cutting out' on them. They were excited (over the moon really) about the new opportunity it present and again, we cannot wait to use it in years to come.
