Because of your generosity, my students now have warm winter coats, waterproof mittens, and cozy hats that they use every single day. On cold mornings, instead of rushing inside with tears or frozen fingers, we take our time outdoors exploring, playing, and learning together. One of our favorite moments has been winter walks around our playground where students point out animal tracks, crunch leaves under their boots, and talk excitedly about how their hands feel \"warm and happy\" inside their new mittens.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, the excitement was immediate and heartfelt. Little faces lit up as we opened the boxes together, and students eagerly tried on their new gear, helping one another zip coats and pull on mittens. There was such pride and confidence as they realized these items were just for them. Several students hugged their coats, and one child said, \"Now I can stay outside longer!\" That simple statement perfectly captured what your gift means to them: comfort, security, and belonging.\r\n\r\nBecause your support has removed a major barrier to learning, our next steps include extending outdoor learning throughout the winter. We are continuing hands-on lessons that build language, social skills, and curiosity through nature-based play, seasonal science observations, and cooperative games. Your kindness has not only kept my students warm but has also helped them feel safe, cared for, and ready to learn each day. From the bottom of my heart and theirs, thank you for wrapping my students in warmth and love.","fullyFundedDate":1765849978518,"projectUrl":"project/warm-hands-warm-hearts-ready-to-learn/9905352/","projectTitle":"Warm Hands, Warm Hearts, Ready to Learn!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Baker","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7262179_orig.jpg?crop=1500,1500,x0,y145&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1617919381081","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/baker-brilliance"},{"teacherId":7262179,"projectId":9550426,"letterContent":"My preschoolers were thrilled when our new National Geographic animal books arrived!
