Upon receiving the items, I got right to work putting them to good use. The students love working with the play-dough to make 3D objects. We use that as warm-up activities and to help with crafting and building skills. It is also a useful tool for early finishers and younger students. The whiteboards have been very handy for sketching and planning out our projects. I also use them when talking about different elements of art for all first through fourth graders. \r\nThe paper has been a huge help, as we do not get paper orders very often. Every grade level has used the white paper for a variety of projects. My first graders have been drawing and painting their chamelons, as you can see in the photos. My second graders have been creating line snakes, focusing on the \"line\" element of art. Third grade has been using the paper to create their abstract line landscapes. Fourth grade created their sun zentangles, and I included a few examples in the photos. It is so amazing what my students are capable of when they are free to be unique and try new things! I am so blessed by your contribution, and my students feel the same. I cannot wait to see what else they create throughout the school year. Thank you again so much. I got an offer from a school that I really loved, with staff & students that I felt so comfortable & valued with. \r\nI submitted a project for some things that I knew would benefit the students in my class.
