Your support has already made an incredible difference for my students, and I want to share with you just how much your kindness has impacted our learning environment.\r\n\r\nBefore we had this printer, our classroom materials were limited to black and white, which often made it difficult to fully engage with visual content. Now, with the ability to print in color, my students can experience lessons in a whole new way—whether it's vibrant historical maps, scientific diagrams, or creative projects that come to life with rich detail. The excitement on their faces when they saw the first full-color printout was priceless!\r\n\r\nTo show you the impact of your generosity, I've included some photos of materials we've been able to print:\r\n\r\nTwo detailed brain diagrams in color, which help students better understand the structures and functions of different brain regions. Having these visuals in full color makes learning neuroscience concepts much more engaging and effective.\r\nA \"Teen Brain\" explanation poster, which breaks down how adolescent brains develop and function. This has been a fantastic tool for discussions about decision-making, emotions, and learning habits.\r\nA word cloud with our class values, which serves as a daily reminder of the principles we strive to uphold—respect, perseverance, curiosity, and kindness. Seeing it displayed in vibrant color reinforces our classroom culture and inspires students each day.\r\nYour generosity has not only enhanced the way we learn but has also shown my students the power of community support. They see firsthand that people like you believe in their education and want to help them succeed. This motivates them to work harder, dream bigger, and appreciate the kindness of others.\r\n\r\nThank you for investing in our classroom and in the future of these students. Your gift is making a lasting impact, and we are so grateful to have you as part of our learning journey.","fullyFundedDate":1733276846797,"projectUrl":"project/color-printer-to-the-rescue/8812622/","projectTitle":"Color Printer to the Rescue","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Bezy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9773064"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_20053","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1188,"numTeachers":70,"percentFrplEligible":73,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":88,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":8,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"17.0:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"TOWN_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":61.1,"schoolId":20053,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Jennings County High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Jennings County High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/indiana/jennings-county-school-corporation/jennings-co-high-school/20053"}
