Your support has made a meaningful difference in creating a peaceful, welcoming environment where students feel comfortable, focused, and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nThe addition of natural greenery and soft, soothing lights has transformed our space. Students have already shared how much more relaxed and engaged they feel during lessons, and the classroom atmosphere has become noticeably calmer and more inviting. These enhancements will benefit our learners every single day, helping them thrive academically and emotionally.\r\n\r\nWe are truly grateful for your kindness and belief in our students. There were gasps, cheers, and excited chatter as they realized these weren't just toys—they were tools for teamwork and celebrating good choices. Right away, each table group chose a tub and named their Potato Head, making it their own. From day one, the excitement around earning pieces through positive behavior transformed the vibe in our classroom. Suddenly, things like being on task, helping a classmate, or showing respect weren't just expected—they were celebrated.\r\n\r\nWe use the Potato Heads as part of our classroom management system. Each group earns a piece for their Potato every time they demonstrate excellent behavior, follow routines, or go above and beyond with kindness and effort. Once a group completes their Potato Head, they earn a fun classroom privilege—like choosing a class game or reading in a special spot. The students are fully bought into this system, encouraging each other and holding themselves accountable, which has brought a noticeable boost in classroom morale and cooperation.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we'll be tying the Potato Heads into academic goals too—like earning pieces for meeting reading targets or showing growth on math assignments. The project has helped create a more supportive, student-driven classroom culture.
