This resource has already made such a positive difference in my special education resource room.\r\n\r\nMy students and I are using the table daily for small group instruction, guided reading, and math practice. The kidney shape allows me to sit close to each student, provide immediate support, and keep everyone engaged at the same time. One of our favorite projects so far has been a reading group where students took turns reading from a shared text while I could guide them individually without anyone feeling left out. Having this new setup helped them stay focused, and I saw more participation than ever before.\r\n\r\nRight now, we are working on building reading comprehension skills. With the new table, I can easily prompt students with questions, guide them to find text evidence, and support their writing as they explain their thinking. Our next steps will be to extend these lessons into more independent work, using the foundation of confidence and focus they're gaining at the table.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has brought both excitement and comfort to my students, giving them a space where they can focus and feel successful. The standing desk, new student chairs, magnetic file folders, and sensory stool have already made a powerful impact on both our learning environment and our students' ability to stay engaged and comfortable throughout the day.\r\n\r\nWe are using the standing desk as a flexible workstation during independent learning centers and small-group instruction. One of my students who struggles with staying seated for long periods now chooses to work at the standing desk and has shown improved focus during math rotations. The sensory stool has also become a popular seating choice, especially during reading time, helping students with sensory needs stay calm and alert.\r\n\r\nThe new student chairs provide the sturdy, comfortable seating my students need for longer periods of learning. And the magnetic file folders have brought structure to our daily routines—each student has a designated space for their individualized work folders, which helps with independence and organization.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, their reactions were priceless! Several of them immediately ran over to try out the sensory stool, while others were excited to see their folders hanging up and ready to use. One student said, \"I feel like this is a real office now!\"—a perfect sign that they feel valued and included in their learning space.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, our class is diving into a unit on personal responsibility and learning choices. These tools allow us to give students more ownership of how and where they work best, supporting both academic growth and self-regulation. Whether it's choosing a seat that fits their body or organizing their assignments independently, these resources are helping my students take meaningful steps toward success.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making a difference. The beautiful rug you provided has truly transformed our classroom into a more welcoming, functional, and engaging space for my students in grades K-5.\r\n\r\nThe rug has become a central part of our daily learning routines. We use it for morning meetings, group lessons, story time, and social skills activities. One special moment that stands out was during a recent group reading session. A student who typically struggles with staying engaged during lessons eagerly joined the group on the rug and participated throughout the entire story—something we hadn't seen before. The cozy, defined space really helps our students feel secure, calm, and focused.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the rug rolled out, their faces lit up! Some even gasped and exclaimed things like, \"Is this for us?!\" and \"It's so soft!\" It was heartwarming to see how something as simple as a rug could bring so much joy and excitement to their day.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we are beginning a unit on friendship and emotions. The rug is now our go-to spot for role-play scenarios and cooperative games that help students practice social interactions. It's also helping us build a stronger sense of community and inclusion in our classroom.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making a meaningful difference in our learning environment.
