Magnetic tiles have a positive impact on students by significantly enhancing their creativity, problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, fine motor skills, and understanding of geometric concepts through open-ended play, allowing them to build and manipulate shapes freely, fostering a hands-on learning experience that encourages critical thinking and exploration.\r\n The play-dough has been a great hit with all the students! Using playdough supports the students social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and enjoying being with other people. Playdough also encourages children's language and literacy, science, and math skills—all at the same time!\r\n We are getting closer to the alphabet soup unit that we will be utilizing the books and the cooking skillet. Spring is a wonderful time to start talking about plants, vegetables, and flowers with the impact they have on on environments by providing food, and insets. Such as the butterfly in the very hungry caterpillar.
