These will help students with reading in many ways. Many of my students struggle to pull the words from the page. They had old headphones which were over 10 years old and hurt their ears. Students will be impacted the most when we take the state test soon. The students were ecstatic to receive the headphones.\r\n\r\nStudents also perform much better using the wobble chairs. They were excited to see these enter my classroom as they have seen them in other teachers' classrooms. These are the first chairs the students use when they enter the room. The students are able to get their wiggles out without damaging our wooden chairs. These students like to move!! They are also able to focus so much better. \r\nIn the past, students have asked to leave the classroom simply because they needed to move. Since we have gotten the stools, students don't ask to leave the classroom as often, so they are able to stay engaged in science! I hadn't even thought about how the stools could impact my students in that way!\r\nI am so thankful for people like you who invest in our students. We were able to get outside for a few days of reading, poetry, and even our planting out of Shakespeare.
