One of my groups likes to create items each day, then show them to me to guess who sculpted each creation. They always come up with something creative and it's fun to watch them! We've also put our refreshed markers to good use with the many class charts we create. Our team is excited about all of the things we were able to choose to give our students. Our team theme is \"Into the Wild\" and it's fun to pick items to support that theme. It's a nice way to establish team spirit.\r\n\r\nWhile our students haven't earned the quarterly rewards yet, they will soon! Our first quarter ends in the middle of October and our first group of Students of the Quarter will be awarded their animals at that time. The animal pencils and erasers are for motivation during our state testing and we will be giving the little buttons to students for their lanyards closer to Christmas. We're looking forward to spreading the Green Team spirit and positive energy to these great students!\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for your part in making this project possible. Students have seen the little giraffes and are super excited for the opportunity to earn them. I've already begun sending home the positive notes; they have been a great way to encourage students and establish positive relationships with home. Who doesn't like getting good news about their child?!\r\n\r\nHaving my own laminator in the classroom is a game changer. There are so many little things that need to be taken care of and it's so much easier to do that now. I recently purchased new indoor recess materials for my students and will be able to laminate the cards and directions so they can last much longer.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for your part in making this project possible.
