We were able to make 15 calm kits. \r\n\r\nThe Calm Kits included:\r\n- Several fidgets, including thinking putty (students favorite!)\r\n- A mini dry erase board with dry erase markers and erasers on the cap\r\n-A coloring book\r\n- Markers\r\n-A bag of mints\r\n- Grounding techniques\r\n-Guided Breathing (Box breathing)\r\n-Visuals of how to take a break/Self Care\r\n\r\nThe kits were utilized right away. The students were excited to have new resources that they could use when needing a sensory break.
