My students, being Kindergartners, can get fidgety during the day and this allows them to be a little more comfortable in the classroom to help them focus. It has helped tremendously to create a better learning environment for them!\r\n\r\nMy students were so excited when we first introduced the new seating options! They get excited to choose their new chair/ seating spot for the day and they are a lot more comfortable when they are working, which leads to them focusing a lot more during lessons/ activities. This will give my students the best chance to succeed and grow in a classroom at such a young age. \r\n\r\nMy next step is to get rid of most of my desks eventually, to create more space for all of my flexible seating options. I am going to need to get small plastic organizers to give students a place to put their supplies instead of desks to make this option a possibility.
