Last year, they all had to share one robot. This year we were able to do the recommended 2 students to 1 robot ratio. Students worked for 6 months to build, code, and optimize the robots purchased. Recently, my students got to compete in their first, First Lego League qualifier. They earned an award and advanced to sectionals! That wouldnt have been possible without the tools and materials donated. My kiddos compete in sections January of 2025 and are super excited.
