Your kindness has made a meaningful and lasting impact on the academic experiences of our young learners.\r\nThrough your support, our students were able to engage in rich, hands-on exploration, most memorably through the metamorphosis of butterflies. The children learned so much as they observed each stage of the life cycle firsthand, developing curiosity, patience, and a genuine excitement for scientific discovery. Watching the butterflies transform was not only educational, but truly joyful for the children.\r\nYour donations also allowed our science center to flourish with hands-on tools such as safety goggles, test tubes, droppers, and nonfiction science books. With these materials, students explored simple chemical reactions using food—observing the browning of apples and learning about the changes that occur during the baking of bread. These experiences helped make abstract scientific concepts concrete, engaging, and meaningful for our Pre-K learners.\r\nAdditionally, our science center came together beautifully with the creation of a yellow-bellied turtle observation area. Thanks to the donated supplies, students were able to observe closely, ask questions, and document their findings through drawing and journaling. This experience strengthened their observation skills and nurtured a deep respect for living things.\r\nLooking ahead, we are excited to continue our science exploration with upcoming studies of ants and our spring garden. Because of your generosity, our students are well-equipped to continue learning through inquiry, exploration, and hands-on discovery.\r\nYour donation has truly made a difference in the academic lives of the children in our class.
