I appreciate your kindness and dedication to the education and success of our students. With funding my project, you were able to provide the necessary materials for my students to continue learning without any barriers. Our brand new classroom set of headphones has been so helpful. Students are able to access various digital resources for both reading and math. Utilizing digital programs not only provides students a multi-modal learning experience, but it also makes content accessible to my English Language Learners as well as my Diverse Learners. Any language barriers are broken with the help of language supports accessible through translation and text to speech digital tools. \r\n\r\nAdditional learning resources were able to be purchased and printed with your donations. The gift card to TPT has been used to find supplemental resources such as math anchor charts and posters. These anchor charts have been essential during math lessons. They provide students the visual supports for strategies to solve math problems such as adding and subtracting with regrouping and rounding. Students are able to use the anchor charts even after lessons as they reinforce their learning and make abstract concepts concrete for all, especially my diverse learners. \r\n\r\nWith this project, you have already made a big difference in my students' lives. They come to class excited to learn and able to engage in multi-modal learning. Thank you so much for playing a HUGE part in my students' success.","fullyFundedDate":1746785688530,"projectUrl":"project/we-made-it-to-midyear-help-us-stay-in-g/9065228/","projectTitle":"We Made it to Midyear! As an inclusion teacher, this laptop has truly transformed how I teach. I now use it daily to create and deliver interactive lessons using tools like Boom Cards and Google Slides. It has allowed me to differentiate instruction more effectively and provide meaningful support to my diverse learners.\r\n\r\nOne of the biggest hits has been the use of Education.com, where my students get to practice language arts and math through fun, standards-aligned games. They light up when it's their turn to use the laptop. Whether they're matching syllables, identifying parts of a sentence, or solving addition facts, they're having fun and learning at the same time. This technology has also helped me create customized materials for small groups, aligned with the Common Core, that meet each student's unique needs. Your generous donation provided us with essential supplies like glue sticks, composition notebooks, binders, and cardstock and what a difference these have made! As a special education teacher working with students across Kindergarten, 1st, and 4th grade, I've seen firsthand how something as simple as a glue stick or a sturdy binder can boost confidence and independence. One of my Kindergarten students was so proud to use her glue stick to complete a cut-and-paste language art activity, and I was able to organize her work using the new binders and tabs. \r\n\r\nMy first grade students got to use the cardstock for a multicultural identity project where students created artwork celebrating their heritage. It was such a powerful moment, especially for my students who don't always feel seen. One of my fourth-grade students used the cardstock to draw a detailed waterfall for our science unit. Goals!! This donation to my classroom will go far and beyond this year, providing many future students the same opportunity for a bright and engaging classroom.
