I was able to achieve my personal goal of getting my classroom more organized this year. All of my books are sorted and nicely stored in my large classroom cabinet; this would not have been possible without your support! Additionally, I was able to provide my students with a unique sensory experience by placing the sequin fabric on the wall as a sensory tool. The students love going over and drawing in the sequins. They also have enjoyed the visual, physical, and social experiences it has created for them in the classroom.\r\n\r\nThe smaller sensory tools have also been a great help. All of my students have unique sensory needs that require different input. The assortment of sensory tools has been so helpful with meeting these needs. I have a lot of students who have a strong need for oral sensory input. The chewies and vibrating chewies that were on my list has helped greatly with meeting those needs. \r\n\r\nI can't thank you enough for your donation. The favorites by far have been the sensory tiles and sensory bottles. The light up toys and cause and effect toys have also been huge favorites. \r\n\r\nThis donation has made teaching my students so much more meaningful. The chairs are quite large and the box contained all 4. I'm not sure if they were more excited about the chairs, or the box, but either way I had some very happy students that day. \r\n\r\nNow that my students are able to fully focus on learning during group activities, I am incorporating more group games, group learning opportunities, and more opportunities for regulated learning.
