The impact has been wonderful for our students with special needs. Two of our classmates are unable to sit comfortably for long periods of time.\r\n The adjustable desks have offered extra support to our friends who are unable to sit or stand for prolonged virtual instruction. These adjustable desks offer them a comfortable change of position throughout the school day! They can also roll the desks to various rooms so they can have choices about the environment, noise level, and views. It makes a big difference and cuts the monotony.\r\n We have been working together as a class with everyone being able choose to either sit or stand and this has cut down on figeting, behaviors, and noise levels in other rooms. The rolling desks also helps students to get away when they need a break to be by themselves yet need to have their camera on and work independently. The students love the desks. We delivered them over Christmas so pictures will show them in their gift bags.
