I was overjoyed and overwhelmed with excitement when the materials were delivered to the school. When the students saw the resources, they were very inquisitive about what they were and how the materials would be used during instruction.\r\n\r\nStudents love using the wands to help them track as they read. Kindergarten through second grade students enjoyed choosing their favorite color wand to help them to practice reading their decodable texts fluently. I also enjoyed having students to use the mirror to practice articulating sounds. With the mirrors, students could see the formation of their mouth as they produced certain sounds.
