My classroom is setup in 6 stations of 6 desks each. I teach 6 periods and a total of 145 students from Grades 9 - 12. Our school is considered a low-income school with 95% of our students being economically disadvantaged. We started our new school year on August 4th, 2025, my students were excited to come back to school and received their Chromebooks (laptop computer) which is provided by our School District as part of their Personalized Learning Initiative.\r\n\r\nThank you to your generosity each of the stations in my classroom is equipped with a surge protector extension cord and multiple chargers that the students can use to charge their learning tool while they are in my classroom. In addition I created a charging station for the students to use to charge their cellphones. This area is located in the classroom's corner and students leave their cellphones there to charge while they focus on learning.\r\n\r\nToday we are finishing the 4th week of school and we are so appreciative of having these accessories that had helped the students to be prepared for success.
