(Here Every Day On Time) Student are able to visit this cart once a month if they have perfect attendance. \r\n\r\nThis year we opened our Braves Store for students who receive a positive behavior referral. It provides an opportunity for students who are leading by example and living out our core values to be recognized with a small prize, brag tag and certificate posted on our Braves Mentality board. \r\n\r\nOur positive behavior referrals are announced at lunch in front of their entire grade level and it is sweet to hear the cheers for their peers each month. This event was two-fold. We asked students to receive sponsors, much like March of Dimes. However, if students did not receive any sponsors they were still able to participate. \r\n\r\nEach student was given one bracelet of positive, encouraging statements. The color of their bracelet determined the scenario they were asked to reflect on as they walked.\r\n\r\nStudents were also asked to write down encouraging, kind words to help spread kindness as a part of the Photo Booth. \r\n\r\nThird through fifth grade students completed the shoes that shared unique information about them. The shoes were also used as a Photo Booth to remind students that everyone has a story to tell and some may have been asked to \"walk\" in some hard shoes.
