It offers a calming escape where children who may feel overwhelmed can take a break, breathe, and feel secure. Inside, they are greeted with the gentle glow of the bubble light, which provides visual stimulation and a peaceful atmosphere that helps reduce anxiety and sensory overload.\r\n\r\nThe sequin fabric has been a wonderful addition for our tactile seekers. Students enjoy running their hands over it, using it to create simple patterns, or just watching the light reflect off the sequins. It's amazing how such a simple material can help students stay engaged and grounded.\r\n\r\nThe tactile tiles have been instrumental in promoting sensory exploration and movement. Whether walking barefoot across them or using their hands, students are developing sensory awareness and building confidence in a fun, interactive way.\r\n\r\nLastly, the fiberoptic lights have brought a magical quality to the space. The glowing strands are not only beautiful, but they also provide an important sensory input that supports visual tracking and fine motor skills. Many of our students have found comfort and joy simply watching the lights change and gently handling the strands.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, we now have a dedicated area where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to learn in a way that honors their unique needs.
