These tables create a welcoming outdoor environment where teachers can take a break while still maintaining visibility and accessibility. The umbrellas are especially helpful in warmer months, reducing heat exposure and making outdoor duty more pleasant and sustainable throughout the school year.\r\n\r\nAir purifiers in the classroom are a vital support for teachers with asthma or other respiratory sensitivities. By filtering out allergens, dust, and airborne pollutants, these devices help maintain a cleaner and healthier air quality, reducing the likelihood of asthma flare-ups or breathing discomfort. This not only improves the teacher's well-being but also contributes to a more focused and productive learning environment for everyone in the room.\r\n\r\nBar tables and stools introduce flexible seating options that cater to different learning styles and classroom dynamics. They provide an alternative to traditional desks, allowing students and teachers to engage in small group discussions, collaborative work, or independent tasks in a more relaxed setting. Having a class set of iPads for Specials classes benefits the whole student body from Kindergarten through 5th grade including all Special Education students. We've only begun scratching the surface with our iPads but we are so excited to continue learning and diving in to explore the limitless opportunities with this amazing project. Our first projects using the iPads in Computer Science Specials include 5th grade using TinkerCAD to make 3D models of houses. This is real world technology that engineers and designers use to make 3D products. Students will also use the iPads to build and code a Lego River Ferry Boat which is another real world engineer and design project. Kindergarten and 1st are going to design a playground in Scratch Jr and learn basic coding skills. And this is only the beginning. We plan to use them to make digital art and songs, to create augmented reality experiences, to teach coding, design thinking, and much more! We will also be able to use them for digital art and music, STEM learning and so much more.
