My students and I are already using the new resources daily during our small-group and hands-on learning time. One special moment that stands out was watching my students work together to explore the materials for the first time—counting, building, discussing, and explaining their thinking with excitement and confidence. These tools have made our lessons more engaging and have given students meaningful opportunities to practice skills in a way that feels like play but leads to real learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, my students were beyond excited. Their eyes lit up as they asked questions and eagerly waited for their turn to use them. Many students immediately began making connections to what we had been learning, proudly saying things like, \"I know how to do this!\" and \"Can I show you what I learned?\" The resources helped boost their confidence and motivation, especially for students who benefit most from hands-on and visual learning experiences.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our next steps include using these materials to deepen understanding during upcoming lessons and independent practice. Students will continue applying their skills through small-group activities, partner work, and guided practice that supports both academic growth and collaboration. Your donation has truly made a lasting impact in our classroom, and my students now have the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Thank you for being a meaningful part of our learning journey.","fullyFundedDate":1759879333867,"projectUrl":"project/from-pencils-to-power-snacks/9664958/","projectTitle":"From Pencils to Power Snacks","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Pearce","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp5922840_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1538422409693","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/miss-pearce4"},{"teacherId":6589737,"projectId":8866636,"letterContent":"Thank you for your generosity and support for our classroom! When I first saw that people had given to my project, I was thrilled! \r\n\r\nWe have never had an easel in the room! When the children saw it, they were simply astounded! So far, we have used it to display a word bank for them to use when writing a response to literature we've read during whole group time. They can look at an example sentence and choose good words from the word bank. It helps them to stay focused on that particular assignment and how they are to complete it. \r\n\r\nThe erasers have also come in handy, and we have put them to good use, as kindergartners frequently and quickly use up the erasers on their pencils before using the pencil up. The erasers are easy to handle, and will last a longer time. Also, we are always in need of scissors, and I love the mouse pad, as it helps me teach smoothly when I use my laptop for teaching. So, we are so very grateful for your support in funding our classroom project.","fullyFundedDate":1734099477549,"projectUrl":"project/with-one-easel-we-can-read-write-and/8866636/","projectTitle":"With One Easel We Can...
