Your generosity has made an immediate and meaningful impact on our readers.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, students now look forward to completing their Reading Plus lessons and pushing themselves to reach new levels. The simple promise of a snack has turned into a powerful motivator, one that keeps them engaged, focused, and excited about their own growth.\r\n\r\nFor example, one of our 9th-grade students, who had struggled to stay on task during independent reading time, began tracking his Reading Plus progress every day once snacks were introduced as rewards. Within a few weeks, he proudly gained two levels, telling us, \"I didn't think I could do it before, but now I want to keep going!\" Moments like this show just how much your kindness matters.\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our students and helping us build a culture of effort, achievement, and confidence. With these illustrated editions, students who once found Elizabethan language intimidating are now diving into themes of love, betrayal, ambition, and destiny with curiosity and confidence. We've used the books to explore literary devices like irony, foreshadowing, and symbolism—helping readers connect classic literature to modern storytelling they already love.\r\n\r\nReading in our classroom has become an active, visual experience. Students gather in small groups to compare illustrations with the original text, discuss how imagery shapes tone, and even design their own \"graphic-scene retellings.\" Laughter, debate, and creativity now fill the room during reading time.\r\n\r\nOne student, who previously struggled to engage with traditional print, proudly shared that the pictures \"finally make Shakespeare make sense.\" Another group adapted Romeo and Juliet into a short comic strip, adding their own dialogue to capture the emotion behind each scene. Seeing their excitement reminds me how powerful these resources truly are.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making it possible for my students to not only read Shakespeare—but to see it, feel it, and understand it. With the headphones, students are able to fully engage with digital learning programs without distractions from surrounding noise. They can listen carefully to reading passages, instructional videos, and educational games at their own pace, which is especially helpful for students who need extra support or prefer auditory learning. The technology promotes better focus, improves comprehension, and gives students more confidence to work independently on their assignments.\r\n\r\nThe students are most excited about the sense of ownership and personal connection the headphones give them during their learning activities. Many feel like the headphones make their learning experience more private and customized, which they love. A few students who typically struggle with focus have especially warmed to the new technology. For example, one of my quieter students, who often found group settings overwhelming, has been much more engaged and enthusiastic about completing her digital lessons now that she has her pair of headphones to use.
