The variety of sets we purchased have enabled students to explore a new STEAM activity every week during our station rotations. With these supplies, I can incorporate reading, writing and science all in one FUN station. Some of our favorite STEAM activities are the Gingerbread Man Problem Solving STEM set and the Three Billy Goats Gruff Problem Solving STEM kit. The students enjoy working together to find creative solutions to the characters' problems. \r\nThese activities have also given my students the chance to explore their creative side and to think outside of the box. Working together with their classmates on these STEAM activities allows them to practice basic social skills that many children struggle with. Sharing, communicating, teamwork, and constructive conversations are all skills they are practicing while using these items. \r\nYour gift is not only providing essential learning tools but is also showing my students that people care about their education and want them to succeed. This support motivates them to try harder and learn more.\r\n\tWe look forward to sharing more stories about the impact of your generosity in the future.","fullyFundedDate":1755719697210,"projectUrl":"project/top-notch-technology/9524743/","projectTitle":"Top-notch Technology!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Kaliher","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10106359"},{"teacherId":2368715,"projectId":9524816,"letterContent":"This project has been life changing for my classroom. We did not have technology to use in our room until a few weeks ago and having a set of tablets to use for our educational programs over the last two months has been wonderful. We use the tablets daily with almost every student getting about 15-20 minutes of time working on a math or reading program. By the end of the week everyone has gotten an hour of time on our required program, and the tablets have survived without needing to be charged all week. We have made gains in math and reading on targeted skills that needed to be reinforced after core instruction. Everyone loves getting on the tablets and it is one of the preferred tasks we complete each week. Thank you very much for allowing us to do more than what was possible.","fullyFundedDate":1755719697355,"projectUrl":"project/learning-with-technology/9524816/","projectTitle":"Learning With Technology","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Hambric","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp2368715_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1763295593876","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2368715"},{"teacherId":2368715,"projectId":9524762,"letterContent":"The impact of this project has been tremendous. Your contribution has had a wonderful impact on our students' learning and daily classroom engagement. The easel quickly became one of our most-loved tools for language and literacy activities.\r\n\r\nWe've used the magnetic easel in so many creative ways to support our students' language development and writing skills. During literacy centers, students have loved \"spying\" sight words, practicing letter formation, and building sentences with magnetic letters. They've also enjoyed creating rhyming words and sorting pictures by beginning sounds...all of which have strengthened their phonemic awareness, vocabulary, and confidence as early readers and writers. The hands-on, visual aspect of the easel keeps everyone involved and makes learning feel fun and meaningful.\r\n\r\nThe magnetic easel has also become an essential part of our Morning Meeting routine. We use it to display the morning message, practice writing the date, review sight words of the week, and invite students to help fill in missing letters or words. This daily activity encourages participation, conversation, and teamwork right at the start of our day, setting a positive and engaging tone for learning. Thank you again for helping make our classroom a more interactive, creative, and joyful space for all students.","fullyFundedDate":1755719697493,"projectUrl":"project/give-creativity-a-place-to-stand/9524754/","projectTitle":"Give Creativity a Place to Stand!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Mershon","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10106365_orig.jpg?crop=571,571,x44,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754058419547","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10106365"},{"teacherId":8181987,"projectId":9623638,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation to help build our school PE program equipment closet.
