We are more than grateful at the outpouring of love from everyone who supported us.\r\n\r\nAfter a couple of mishaps, we finally got our final piece, which was the monitor with built-in camera. We have been using the laptop for a while. This has helped immensely with allowing us to multitask and create our video segments for the school each week.\r\n\r\nThe kids also are enjoying using the recordable push buttons which allows us to add some silliness to our segments and some fun during our morning sessions.\r\n\r\nThey feel like real producers when they get to use the movie clap board. Now everyone wants to be the producer.\r\n\r\nWe were also able to purchase a few new backgrounds which make recording easier when we don't have time to get down to the TV productions, lab or went a recording is done incorrectly and we have to re-record\r\n\r\nFinally, we really appreciate the new chords and the cord hub that allows us to easily hook everything into it with only one cord needing to be attached to the laptop each time. This is helped to make our mornings move quicker and with less chaos.\r\n\r\nAgain, thank you so much to everyone who donated to support us. We are enjoying creating the segments even more with the new supplies.","fullyFundedDate":1759269169635,"projectUrl":"project/help-us-update-our-tv-productions-progra/9695204/","projectTitle":"Help Us Update Our TV Productions Program","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Skube","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp2857737_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1638238762200","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/skubedoos"},{"teacherId":5990607,"projectId":9318719,"letterContent":"The materials from this project had a positive impact on my students' learning by providing engaging line reading and WH question activities that strengthened their reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. The materials allowed me to offer targeted practice with both fluency and understanding, helping students become more confident readers. Thank you for the donation to our project, because of these resources, I was able to incorporate interactive and meaningful reading exercises that met diverse learning needs. The WH question activities encouraged students to think deeply about the texts, improving their ability to recall details and make inferences. Your support allowed us to bring in a full set of new book bins for our fifth-grade classroom, and the impact has been immediate and meaningful. Before the bins arrived, our classroom library and personal storage areas were often cluttered and inconsistent, making it difficult for students to keep track of their materials. With your help, we were able to create a clean, organized system that not only keeps our space neat but also teaches students responsibility and pride in maintaining their personal learning areas.\r\n\r\nThese bins are more than just containers—they've become essential tools in our daily routines. They are sturdy enough to hold heavy chapter books, folders, and notebooks, standing up to the wear and tear of an active fifth-grade classroom. Students use them to store their independent reading books and assignments, which has made transitions smoother and helped minimize lost or damaged materials. Even more importantly, the matching bins brought a sense of cohesion and calm to our room. Having a unified look gave our space a more polished and welcoming feel—something both students and visitors immediately notice. Thank you again for investing in our classroom. Your generosity has truly made a lasting difference in the way we learn and grow together!","fullyFundedDate":1720017048297,"projectUrl":"project/building-strong-readers-sturdy-book-bin/8464516/","projectTitle":"Building Strong Readers: Sturdy Book Bins for Student Success","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Allen","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4877447_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1507496292249","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4877447"},{"teacherId":2857737,"projectId":9055964,"letterContent":"We cannot explain how incredibly grateful we are to have such wonderful parents and friends.
