My students' eyes lit up, and they could barely wait to get their hands on everything. Students who are often hesitant to share were giggling and actively participating, learning new things about their classmates. This has already made a tangible difference in our classroom community. The games have become a high-demand favorite during our center time, sharpening their logic and descriptive language skills in a way that just feels like fun to them.\r\n\r\nAcademically, the new resources have been just as impactful. The whisper phones have been a game-changer for our reading block. I had one student in particular who struggled with fluency and would always read in a quiet mumble. The first time they used the whisper phone, their eyes widened—they could truly hear themselves sounding out the words, and their confidence immediately improved.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, our next steps are to build directly on this momentum. For our literacy centers, students will use their whisper phones to practice their weekly fluency passages and to \"rehearse\" their lines for reader's theater project.
