My student have been using them on a weekly. The iPads have help strengthen their fine motor skills, it's working on improving their letter recognition and numbers. They also get much joy out using their music app on them. I can tell that's their favorite part of using the iPads. As the school year goes on I hoping to teach the students to use the iPads for listening centers and interact with books. One of our favorite activities has been creating interactive reading notebooks, where students use their highlighters to annotate text, Sharpie markers to create engaging anchor charts, and composition notebooks to organize their thoughts. These tools have helped my students take ownership of their learning while building confidence in their reading and writing skills.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their faces lit up excitedly! They immediately started using the Sharpie markers to contribute to class anchor charts, reinforcing key concepts in reading and writing. One student proudly pointed at our first chart and said, \"Now I can remember this every time I look at it!\"—a moment that truly showed how visual learning tools can support comprehension and retention.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, we focus on enhancing reading comprehension and writing skills by integrating these materials into structured lessons. The next step is using our interactive notebooks and anchor charts for evidence-based responses, where students will analyze passages and practice citing textual evidence to support their ideas. These resources are transforming our classroom into a space where students are not just learning but thriving!\r\n\r\nThank you again for your kindness and support.
