Students are able to work towards meeting goals of sitting or raising their hands to answer questions. They are working better in small groups and I find that their total overall behaviors seem improved after starting an incentive program. \r\nStudents like to be rewarded when they do something good or helpful. Having candy, gummies and popcorn as reinforcements makes it s nice to reward students that are on task. We were able to make many dog toys from the four bolts of fabric. Students were able to assist in making the dog toys as they were able to make the sets in which we would knot. \r\nStudents enjoyed making the sets and helped with the knotting. \r\nMy students love animals and it especially fun for them to help animals in need. By making and donating toys to shelters my students are helping animals. They are able to make cards and posters for the shelters as well as the toys. They love helping to make, decorate and stuff their own pillows. My students get to make, enjoy and be proud of a project they helped to assist with. Students are learning to become independent and really enjoy the freedom to make their pillow to their liking. We are having so much fun creating cards and sending LOVE out into this world. My students have done an amazing job creating art and designs on the cards. I was able to print kind words and cut them out so my students could add them to their cards. \r\nThe Posca Pens are the best and we love them. The stationary sets of cards were fabulous an the sticker back envelopes were perfect for not spreading germs.
