It has been so exciting for the children to be able to see food grow from such a tiny seed! Every week the elementary students have been meeting with their college science buddies and exploring hands-on topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics in such a fun and engaging way. Parents have to wait for their children to finish these activities - even on a Friday late afternoon - The children LOVE their time with their science buddies and the college students LOVE it too. They have learned about planets, constellations, physics of paper airplanes, acid and base reactions, math and science involved in crocheting, and so much more!
