My students absolutely love the Tonies boxes. We are starting a collection of characters and they love that they can change the character to listen to different stores. My students use the boxes as a listening center while in Media activity. We have the books so the students can read along with the story. \r\nThe most exciting part for my students are the variety of characters that they can listen to and that they are able to choose for themselves. This encourages them to work together with the other students at the center to agree on a character to listen to. We mostly use this center with our younger students but I have had some of our 6th graders that will sing along with the songs and the character.
