We have used these supplies in multiple ways to encourage our kiddos. The bracelets and pencils are awarded to the students with the most points from our house system for good behavior. \r\n\r\nUnfortunately, we have not gotten our flags hung yet. As you can imagine, running a school includes organizing a multitude of things and keeping staff encouraged through it all. However, there resting place will be located where all students can see them such as in our cafeteria. \r\n\r\nWe greatly appreciate your response to our project. There are videos that display colors for them to coordinate with to play a song.\r\n\r\nMy next project is supporting my principal with implementing the Ron Clark Academy system. It sorts the kids and teachers/employees into houses/teams. The teams compete to see who can collect the most points for positive behavior. It includes house symbols, colors, animals, chants & dances.Its a proven program and we are very excited to watch its effects on our kids! Before, they would have to stop in the middle of their lesson to retrieve a charger. Uninterrupted learning time is amazing! The headphones are a requirement for testing. \r\n Having glue sticks on hand to complete cut and paste projects helps things run smoothly. Students seem to enjoy their projects more. \r\n I'm most excited to get the emotions chart in my calm down corner and seeing the difference it will make. We now have mail people! Their responsibilities are to place papers in the boxes that need to go home. The kids are so happy to retrieve their papers from the boxes.
