My class was super excited when I opened the box and the other classes were shocked when there were new things in our recess wagon! \r\n\r\nThe recess equipment have been used everyday! The equipment have allowed for students to organize a variety of games; soccer, ball toss, jump rope and Frisbee. Students have interacted with each other, to share and allow for them to get to know other first graders names and show connections they might have with other students. \r\n\r\nSomething else I have noticed, students are taking pride in the materials. Working together to ensure things are picked up, rather than leaving out.
