The supplies I was able to get from your donations made the perfect valentines gifts for them. I couldn't think of a better time to give them out. The journals and books will go a long way with these young ladies giving them a place to write their dreams, goals and some of their best memories.\r\n\r\nEvery item that was listed in my project was placed in a red or pink gift bag with a special hand written note from me along with some candy. I even wrote them a note inside of their journals and books to help motivate them to write and read. \r\nThis project has been one of my faves to date! Seeing the girls light up and get excited about the gift bag really touched my heart and brought so much joy.\r\n\r\nBecause of this platform each and everyone of your donations helped me bring this to life !Im forever grateful and thankful for you. Your contribution has made a profound impact, and I'm thrilled to share how your help is transforming the lives of my students.\r\n\r\nHow We're Using the Resources:\r\nThanks to your support, we've been able to create a nurturing space where our girls can dream, plan, and grow. One specific project we recently completed was a vision board activity where the students mapped out their short- and long-term goals. The resources you provided allowed each girl to have her own materials, which helped them feel seen and valued. It was inspiring to watch them visualize their futures with such creativity and determination!\r\n\r\nTheir First Reactions:\r\nWhen the girls first saw the new materials, their excitement was electric. They couldn't believe the quality and abundance of resources just for them. One student said, \"This makes me feel like someone really cares about us.\" That moment reminded me of how much your support means to them—it's not just about the materials, but the message that they are worth investing in.\r\n\r\nWhat's Next for Our Group:\r\nLooking ahead, our group is diving into a project focused on principles that shape our lives. The girls are exploring how their thoughts, words, and actions influence their experiences. With your help, they'll continue to have access to the tools they need to reflect, learn, and grow in meaningful ways.\r\n\r\nYour contribution has helped us lay the foundation for empowering these young girls, and the impact will ripple into their futures. Thank you for being a part of their journey—you've made a difference that they will never forget.","fullyFundedDate":1732042929266,"projectUrl":"project/support-my-sisters-keeper-empowering-y/8929532/","projectTitle":"Support My Sister’s Keeper: Empowering Young Girls through Mentorship","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Rio","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9830422"},{"teacherId":9455975,"projectId":8559810,"letterContent":"The donations for weekend snack packs have made a significant and meaningful impact on our students who experience food insecurity.
